摘要
SMW(Soi1 Mixing Wall)工法广泛应用于海底隧道、地铁等重大项目,以及各类高层、超高层建筑的深基坑开挖支护工程等,尤其在我国沿海软土地区的基坑支护工程中,该工法取得了很快的发展,针对非软土地区的研究也取得了一定的成果。针对富水非软土的工程特征,应用SMW工法进行基坑支护结构施工,介绍了富水地层的成桩钻进施工、搅拌施工、注浆控制、芯材设置、搅拌桩施工、施工冷缝处理、插入型钢、渗漏水处理等施工技术和质量控制措施,为规范化施工积累了有效的基础资料,具有重要的实际工程意义。
SMW(Soil Mixing Wall) was in wild application of geo-technic engineering, there were not many success in soft soil, but also success in medium-hard Strata. Through the application of SMW foundation bracing in Strata with rich water, much technique of SMW were gained: the details of mixing setting steel and measuring construction joint. These were useful reference to similar engineering, standardization of SMW.
