地下污水处理厂抗浮锚桩设计与分析 被引量:3

Design and analysis of anti-floating anchor pile for underground sewage treatment

摘要 城市市政设施不断完善,地下污水处理厂逐渐兴起;地下污水厂结构抗浮不足导致的结构破坏案例时有发生,广大结构设计人员在进行结构抗浮设计时需引起足够地重视。《建筑工程抗浮技术标准》(JGJ476-2019)[1]未实施前,结构抗浮设计常采用普通抗浮锚杆进行抗浮设计无需对锚杆进行裂缝验算;新标准实施后,抗浮设计等级重要的工程要求普通抗浮锚杆不应出现裂缝,故传统的锚杆设计将不再适用抗浮设计等级为甲、乙级工程。为解决工程结构抗浮问题,以威宁自治县北门河地下污水处理工程为例,用微型锚桩取代抗浮锚杆进行抗浮设计与分析,并根据新标准按抗浮桩要求对抗浮锚桩的抗拔承载力、桩身承载力配筋、裂缝计算控制及筏板配筋计算方法进行了介绍,以期对类似的工程设计有一定的指导意义。 With the continuous improvement of urban municipal facilities,underground sewage treatment plants are gradually emerging.Cases of structural damage caused by insufficient anti-floating structures of underground sewage plants frequently occur,and the majority of structural designers should pay sufficient attention to structural anti-floating design.Before the implementation of Technical Standards for Anti-floating of Construction Engineering(JGJ 476-2019)[1];the anti-floating design of structures often used ordinary anti-floating anchors for anti-floating design without the need for crack checking on the anchors;after the implementation of the new standard,anti-floating bolts Projects with important floating design grades require that ordinary anti-floating anchors should not have cracks,so the traditional anchor design will no longer be suitable for anti-floating design grades A and B projects.In order to solve the anti-floating problem of engineering structure,this paper takes Beimen River underground sewage treatment project in Weining Autonomous County as an example;uses micro-anchor piles to replace anti-floating anchor rods to carry out anti-floating design and analysis,and according to the new standard,the anti-floating pile requirements are used to resist floating.The uplift bearing capacity of the anchor pile,the reinforcement for the bearing capacity of the pile body,the calculation and control of cracks and the calculation method of the reinforcement of the raft are introduced,in order to have certain guiding significance for similar engineering design.
