基于CiteSpace多维舌诊技术发展可视化分析

摘要 目的通过可视化分析探索近10年中医舌诊客观化多维技术的研究现状,分析研究热点和趋势,为后续研究提供参考依据。方法检索2014年1月1日—2023年12月31日,中国知网收录的中医舌诊客观化技术领域的文献。年发文量趋势使用WPS分析,运用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件对发文作者、机构、关键词共现、聚类和突现等进行可视化分析。结果共检索纳入590篇文献,分析显示:年发文量处于上升趋势;发文作者共278位,研究作者主要为王忆勤发文27篇,居第1;发文机构共222家,上海中医药大学基础医学院发文量33篇,居第1;关键词共281个,关键词聚类分析结果为:#0舌诊、#1综述、#2舌诊、#3舌苔、#4深度学习、#5中医舌诊、#6舌象分割、#7人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)、#8辨证论治、#9数字化。可以看出舌诊客观化研究过程中AI、深度学习的技术尤为突出。结论舌诊客观化研究过程中AI、深度学习的技术关注持续增高,稳步开展,是该领域的研究热点。未来研究趋势可在光谱、红外热成像等方面进一步突破,多维信息融合,推动舌诊客观化的深度和广度。 Objective To explore the current research status of objective multidimensional tongue diagnosis technology in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)over the past decade by means of visualization analysis,and to analyze research hotspots and trends to provide reference for future studies.Methods Literature related to objective tongue diagnosis technology in TCM from January 1,2014 to December 31,2023 was retrieved from CNKI.The annual publication trend was analyzed using WPS software,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was employed for visual analysis of authorship,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst detection.Results A total of 590 papers were included.The annual publication volume showed an upward trend.There were 278 authors,among whom Wang Yiqin ranked first with 27 publications.A total of 222 institutions were involved,with the Basic Medical College of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine publishing the most papers(33).Keyword co-occurrence analysis yielded 281 keywords.Cluster analysis identified the following main clusters:#0 Tongue Diagnosis,#1 Review,#2 Tongue Diagnosis,#3 Tongue Coating,#4 Deep Learning,#5 TCM Tongue Diagnosis,#6 Tongue Image Segmentation,#7 Artificial Intelligence(AI),#8 Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment,#9 Digitization.The results indicate that AI and deep learning technologies are particularly prominent in the process of objective tongue diagnosis research.Conclusion AI and deep learning technologies have received increasing attention and steady development in the field of objective tongue diagnosis,representing current research hotspots.Future research trends may further advance breakthroughs in spectral analysis,infrared thermal imaging,and multidimensional data integration,promoting the depth and breadth of objective tongue diagnosis.
