摘要
目的通过分析当前舌象仪相关文献的发布情况,总结舌象仪的研究现况。方法采用文献计量学方法,对中国知网、维普以及万方三大数据库进行题名或关键词检索,检索式为"舌象仪or舌象分析仪or舌诊仪or舌象采集or数字舌图or舌象分割or舌体分割or舌象分析or舌诊客观化",检索时间为建库至2018年10月。对文献的发表时间、文献作者、第一作者所在地区、第一作者所在机构、期刊情况、资助基金来源、主要研究内容、舌象仪型号及舌象仪研发单位等方面进行分析。结果纳入舌象仪相关研究的文献366篇,前期年发文量逐年增长,但近年来年发文量增长缓慢。舌象仪相关研究尚未形成核心作者及核心期刊。其主要的资助来源有国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家高科技研究发展计划、国家重点基础研究发展计划以及各类厅局级项目。舌象仪相关研究主要包括图像采集技术、成像技术、图像处理技术、图像分析技术、舌象仪的临床应用及舌象仪的实验室应用等内容的研究。目前应用较多的舌象仪有上海道生医疗科技有限公司生产的ZBOX型舌象仪和DS01舌象仪,DS01舌象仪包括DS01-A和DS01-B两种型号;上海中医药大学研发的TDA-1小型舌象仪和DKF-Ⅱ舌象仪;上海中医药和上海亚太计算机信息系统有限公司研发的ZBOX-Ⅰ舌象仪;上海中医药大学和上海交通大学研发的TP-Ⅰ舌象仪;天津市天中依脉科技开发股份有限公司研发的YM-Ⅲ中医舌象采集仪;上海亚太计算机信息系统有限公司研发的Smart TCM-I舌象仪;哈尔滨工业大学和香港理工大学研发的TIAG舌象仪;天津中医药大学研发的3D舌象仪。结论舌象仪的相关研究虽然前期呈上升趋势,但近年来进入平台期,还有待进一步提高。
Objective To understand the research status of the tongue imager by analyzing related articles.Methods Through the literature metrology method,the articles of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database were analyzed from the publication year,journal circulation,author system,core author,research content and tongue image instrument.Results The study included 366 articles.The number of annual publications has increased year by year,but the number of publications in recent years has not increased significantly.The related research on tongue image has not yet formed core authors and core journals.Its main sources of funding include the National Natural Science Foundation,the National Science and Technology Support Program,the National High Technology Research and Development Program,the National Key Basic Research Development Program,and bureau-level projects at all levels.The research of tongue image mainly includes image acquisition technology,imaging technology,image processing technology,image analysis technology,clinical application of tongue imager and laboratory application of tongue imager.At present,the tongue imagers with more applications are ZBOX type tongue imager and DS01 tongue imager produced by Shanghai Daosheng Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.,DS01 tongue imager includes DS01-A and DS01-B models;TDA-1 small tongue imager and DKF developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine-II Tongxiang Instrument;ZBOX-I Tongue Instrument developed by Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Asia-Pacific Computer Information System Co.,Ltd.;TP-I Tongue Instrument developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Jiaotong University;Tianjin Tianzhong Yimai Technology YM-III TCM Tongue Image Collector developed by Development Co.,Ltd.;Smart TCM-I Tongue Instrument developed by Shanghai Asia-Pacific Computer Information System Co.,Ltd.;TIAG Tongue Instrument developed by Harbin Institute of Technology and Hong Kong Polytechnic University;Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine And the 3D tongue imager developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusion Although the related research of tongue imager is on the rise in the early stage,it has entered the plateau stage in recent years and needs further study.
