摘要
在全球耕地资源约束加剧和健康中国战略推进的双重背景下,盐碱地中药农业发展已成为盐碱地综合利用特色产业形态的重要探索方向。研究基于中药农业产业的纵向延伸、横向融合与系统重构三维逻辑架构,从核心链条、多层产业和支撑体系三方面构建产业体系综合框架。纵向维度聚焦产业链延伸的垂直整合,横向维度探索多产业协同的跨界融合,系统维度关注产业生态的整体重构。研究表明,在盐碱地中药农业特色产业链和产业体系当中,核心产业链条依托数据链、政策链、价值链、产品链和服务链的完善实现延伸,多层产业表现在盐碱地中药农业特色产业体系由基础支撑层、中间链接层、集约扩展层三个层次的产业构成,支撑体系由政策、资金、人才、数据、创新等要素构成,进一步针对产业链条长、业态丰富的盐碱地中药特色产业体系,提出发展对策和建议。
Against the dual background of intensifying global arable land resource constraints and promoting the healthy China strategy,the development of traditional Chinese medicine agriculture in saline-alkali land has become an important exploration direction for the comprehensive utilization of saline-alkali land.Research on the three-dimensional logical architecture based on the vertical extension,horizontal integration and systematic reconstruction of the traditional Chinese medicine agricultural industry,and build a comprehensive framework of the industrial system from three aspects:core chain,multi-layer industry and support system.The vertical dimension focuses on the vertical integration of the extension of the industrial chain,explores the cross-border integration of multi-industry collaboration in the horizontal dimension,and pays attention to the overall reconstruction of the industrial ecology in the system dimension.Research shows that in the characteristic industrial chain and industrial system of saline-alkali land,the core industrial chain relies on the improvement of data chain,policy chain,value chain,product chain and service chain to achieve extension.Multi-layered industries are reflected in the characteristic industrial system of saline-alkali land,composed of three levels of industries:the basic support layer,the intermediate link layer,and the integrated expansion layer.The support system is composed of factors such as policy,capital,talents,data,and innovation.It further proposes development countermeasures and suggestions for the characteristic industrial system of saline-alkali land with a long industrial chain and rich business formats.
