摘要
就业是最大的民生。农村青年群体作为推动农村经济发展的重要力量,其高质量充分就业对促进农村青年群体发展、推动乡村全面振兴、实现共同富裕都具有重要意义。研究根据中国综合社会调查(CGSS2021)数据,构建了Logit回归模型,对影响农村青年群体就业的因素及其作用机制进行了探究。结果发现,数字技术的使用对于农村青年群体的就业具有显著的正向影响;数字技术的使用可以通过提升农村青年群体的人力资本和社会资本来增加其就业水平。此外,数字技术的使用对农村青年群体的就业促进效应在东部地区和女性劳动者中表现更加显著。
Employment is the most fundamental aspect of people's livelihood.As a vital force driving rural economic development,the realization of high-quality and adequate employment for rural youth holds great significance for their personal growth,rural revitalization,and the pursuit of common prosperity.Based on data from the 2021 Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS),this study constructs a Logit regression model to analyze the influencing factors and mechanisms affecting employment among rural youth.The results revealed that the use of digital technology exerted a significant positive impact on the employment of rural youth.Moreover,digital technology enhanced their employment outcomes by increasing both human capital and social capital.The employment-promoting effect of digital technology was particularly pronounced among rural youth in eastern regions and among female laborers.
