数字经济与人口高质量就业耦合协调度评测及时空分异特征——以黄河流域9个省(区)为例

摘要数字经济正以一种新型经济形态出现,在与实体经济融合的过程中催生出新业态、新模式,不仅蕴含了人口高质量就业的巨大潜力,而且还为黄河流域高质量发展提供了新的机遇,成为推动经济增长、改善民生的重要力量.基于此,利用2011-2022年黄河流域9个省(区)的面板数据,运用耦合协调模型、Dagum基尼系数法对黄河流域数字经济与人口高质量就业耦合协调度的时空分异特征进行分析,研究表明:1)黄河流域数字经济与人口高质量就业之间存在较强的耦合互动关系,且耦合协调度呈现逐步上升的趋势;2)黄河流域数字经济与人口高质量就业耦合协调发展水平不均衡,且存在较大的地区差异,呈现出“中游高于上游,上游高于下游”分布格局;3)Dagum基尼系数分解显示,黄河流域数字经济与人口高质量就业耦合协调度总体差异的主要来源是区域间差距.基于研究结论,提出一系列助推黄河流域数字经济与人口高质量就业协同发展的政策建议. The digital economy is emerging as a new form of economy,giving rise to new formats and models in the process of integrating with the real economy.It not only contains enormous potential for high-quality employment of the population,but also provides new opportunities for high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,becoming an important force in promoting economic growth and improving people's livelihoods.Based on this,this article uses panel data from 9 provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2022,and uses the coupling coordination model and Dagum Gini coefficient method to analyze the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the coupling coordination degree between the digital economy and high-quality employment in the Yellow River Basin.The research shows that:1)there is a strong coupling interaction between the digital economy and high-quality employment in the Yellow River Basin,and the coupling coordination degree shows a gradually increasing trend;2)the level of coordinated development between the digital economy and high-quality employment in the Yellow River Basin is uneven,and there are significant regional differences,showing a distribution pattern of"the midstream reaches are higher than the upstream,and the upstream are higher than the downstream";3)the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition shows that the main reason of the overall difference in the coupling coordination between the digital economy and high-quality employment in the Yellow River Basin is the regional gap.Based on the research findings,a series of policy recommendations are proposed to promote the coordinated development of digital economy and high-quality employment in the Yellow River Basin.
