摘要
高职院校教师的角色认知对于他们的职业行为和教学效果至关重要。研究采用定量的方法对中国高职院校教师的角色认知进行探讨。从社会支持和职业价值感两个维度分析教师的角色认知,其中,职业价值感是指教师对其职业的重要性和意义的感知。研究表明,社会支持的发展与教师的职业价值感之间存在显著的正相关关系,社会支持直接且积极地预测教师的职业价值感。教师的职业价值感也直接且积极地预测他们的角色认知。社会支持通过完全中介职业价值感间接地积极预测教师的角色认知。可以得出结论,发挥社会层面认同、校内行政支持和同事间支持的作用,对于提升高职教师的职业价值感至关重要,最终将对教师的角色认知产生积极的影响。
The role cognition of vocational college teachers is crucial in their professional behavior and teaching effectiveness.This study used a quantitative approach to explore Chinese vocational college teachers'role cognition.This study analyzes teachers'role cognition from two dimensions:social support and professional values perception,where professional value perception refers to teachers'awareness of the significance and meaning of their occupation.The research reveals a significant positive correlation between the development of social support and teachers'sense of professional values.Social support directly and positively predicts teachers'sense of professional values.Teachers'sense of professional values also directly and positively predict their role cognition.Social support indirectly predicts teachers'role cognition in a positive manner,with professional values acting as a complete mediator.Consequently,it can be concluded that leveraging social recognition,internal administrative support,and inter colleague support is crucial for enhancing teachers'sense of professional values in vocational college.This enhancement will ultimately lead to a more positive impact on teachers'role cognition.
