摘要
产业资源生成职业教育资源是职业教育高质量发展的有力措施,也是高职教育改革创新的明确主线。强化产业和教育政策牵引,赋予了产业资源生成教育资源的时代价值。产业资源生成职业教育资源具有理论、政策和实践上的逻辑联系,但生成过程中存在文化差异与校企利益冲突、体制差异与沟通机制不畅、资源不足与合作机制滞后和科技迭代与学习模式变革等影响因素。面对优质的产业资源,职业教育可通过资源生成驱动力、协同力、整合力、适应力等形式的有效呈现,实现产业资源生成职业教育资源。
The generation of vocational education resources by industrial resources is a powerful mea⁃sure for the high-quality development of vocational education and a clear main thread for the reform and in⁃novation of higher vocational education.Strengthening the traction of industrial and educational policies has endowed the era value of generating educational resources from industrial resources.There is a logical con⁃nection in theory,policy,and practice between industrial resources generating vocational education resourc⁃es,but there are influencing factors in the generation process,such as cultural differences and conflicts of interest between schools and enterprises,institutional differences and poor communication mechanisms,in⁃sufficient resources and lagging cooperation mechanisms,as well as technological iteration and the transfor⁃mation of learning models.Faced with high-quality industrial resources,vocational education can effective⁃ly present itself through forms such as resource generation driving force,synergy,integration,and adaptabil⁃ity,to realize the generation of vocational education resources from industrial resources.
