摘要
心理健康对大学生学习与生活有着深远的影响。进入高等教育生活阶段,大学生多首次离开父母,独自进入学习环境并面对相对于高中更为复杂的人际关系。因此帮助其做好角色转换、更好地适应新环境具有重要意义。中医体质学说为中医重要理论学说,对中医辨证论治与治未病具有重要指导意义。而应用中医体质学说指导大学新生心理健康教育的开展,具有实践意义。文章通过“体质可分”理论,对新生进行体质辨识评估,并通过“体病相关”指导学生开展心理健康教育,通过“体质可调”开展心理健康干预,帮助学生改善心理健康状况,提升健康教育效果。
Mental health has a profound impact on college students’study and life.When college students enter the university life stage,most of them leave their parents for the first time and enter the learning environment alone.In the face of relatively complicated interpersonal relationships in high school,it is of great significance to help students do a good job in role transformation and better adapt to the new environment.As an important theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the theory of constitution of TCM has an important guiding significance for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the prevention of disease.It is of practical significance to apply theory of constitution of TCM to guide the development of mental health education for freshmen.Through the theory of“system can be divided”,we will conduct physique identification and evaluation for freshmen,guide students to carry out mental health education through“physical disease related”,and carry out mental health intervention through“adjustable physique”,so as to help students improve their mental health and enhance the effect of health education.
