摘要
茶树作为我国重要的经济作物之一,其良种选育一直是支撑茶产业高效快速发展的基础。多倍体茶树相较于普通二倍体茶树具有生长旺盛、抗逆性强等特点,在茶叶生产中具有重要的应用价值。文章总结了目前国内外茶树多倍体种质资源的研究现状,通过文献计量的方法提取了植物倍性育种研究领域中的热点信息,并依据植物多倍体的创制途径和倍性相关的组学研究进展,分析了对茶树多倍体育种具有借鉴意义的内容,以期为今后的茶树倍性育种研究工作提供参考。
As one of the important cash crops in China,tea breeding has always been the basis to support the efficient and rapid development of tea industry.Compared with the ordinary diploid tea plants,polyploid tea plants have the characteristics of vigorous growth and strong stress resistance,which has important application value in tea production.This paper summarized the current domestic and foreign research status of polyploid germplasm resources in tea plants,extracted the hot spot information in the field of plant ploidy breeding by bibliometric method,and analyzed the content of reference significance for tea polyploid breeding according to the approach of plant polyploid creation and the progress of ploidy related omics research.It provided a reference for the future research work of tea polyploid breeding.
