摘要
目的:本研究旨在评估不同早期干预方案对出生时存在高危因素的婴儿在运动、适应性、语言和社交能力等方面的改善效果。方法:本研究为随机化对照试验,选取2022年1月至2024年8月在黑龙江省海员总医院就诊的90例高危婴儿。婴儿根据高危因素随机分为3组:A组(综合运动干预,30例)、B组(感觉统合训练,30例)和C组(常规护理无干预,30例)。A、B组每周进行两次干预,持续12个月。通过Gesell发育评估量表进行评估。在基线、干预结束时和半年随访分别进行评估。结果:A组和B组的脑瘫减少情况与C组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组运动能力提升显著,B组适应性和社交能力改善明显,均显著优于C组(P<0.05)。干预停止半年后,A组和B组的改善效果持续。结论:早期综合运动干预和感觉统合训练对高危婴儿的神经发育具有显著的积极作用,能够改善多方面的发育功能。
Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the improvement effects of different early intervention programs on motor skills,adaptability,language and social abilities in infants with high-risk factors at birth.Methods:This was a randomized controlled trial that enrolled 90 high-risk infants who were treated at Heilongjiang Mariners General Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024.Based on their high-risk factors,the infants were randomly divided into 3 groups:Group A(comprehensive motor intervention,30 cases),Group B(sensory integration training,30 cases)and Group(routine care without intervention,30 cases).The intervention groups received interventions twice a week for 12 months.The Gesell Developmental Assessment Scale was used for evaluation at baseline,at the end of the intervention,and at a 6-month follow-up.Results:There were significant differences in the reduction of cerebral palsy between Groups A and B compared to Group C(P<0.05).Group A showed significant improvements in motor skills,while Group B demonstrated notable enhancements in adaptability and social abilities,both of which were significantly superior to those in Group C(P<0.05).6 months after the intervention stopped,both Group A and Group B continued to show improvement.Conclusion:Early comprehensive motor intervention and sensory integration training have significant positive effects on the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants,improving various developmental functions.
