摘要
目的探究超早期康复护理干预在脑瘫高危儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月收治的80例脑瘫高危儿为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将其分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组实施超早期康复护理干预,对照组实施早期康复护理干预。比较两组的护理干预效果。结果试验组的康复护理干预总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的语言功能、运动功能、认知功能、关节活动、知觉功能、心理功能评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的GMFM评分均高于干预前,进食时间均短于干预前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超早期康复护理干预应用于脑瘫高危儿中,能够提高治疗效果,更好地促进患儿机体功能康复,且可缩短进食时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of ultra early rehabilitation nursing intervention in high-risk children with cerebral palsy. Methods Eighty high-risk children with cerebral palsy treated from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, the children were divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group implemented ultra early rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the control group implemented early rehabilitation nursing intervention. The nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation nursing intervention in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of language function, motor function, cognitive function, joint activity, perceptual function and psychological function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the score of GMFM in the two groups was higher than that before intervention, the eating time was shorter than that before intervention, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The ultra early rehabilitation nursing intervention for high-risk children with cerebral palsy can improve the treatment effect, better promote the rehabilitation of children’s body function, and shorten the eating time, which is worthy of popularization and application.
