摘要
目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染与外周血B细胞关系。方法 选取2019年7月至2021年12月于本院就诊的26例HPV持续感染患者作为观察组,以及一过性感染或健康人群作为对照组。应用流式细胞术检测外周血样本中B细胞、Tfh细胞、Tfr细胞水平,ELISA检测IL-21,IgM,IgG水平,qRT-PCR检测BCL-6水平。结果 与对照组比较,在HPV持续感染患者的外周血样本中,Tfh细胞和B细胞的比例显著升高,而Tfr细胞则显著降低;IL-21和IgG在HPV持续感染患者中显著高表达,而IgM则显著下降;BCL-6在HPV持续感染患者中显著高表达,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV持续感染增加了外周血B细胞和Tfh细胞比例,降低了Tfr细胞水平,靶向Tfh和Tfr细胞可以帮助恢复免疫稳态。
Objective To explore the relationship between human papillomavirus(HPV)persistent infection and B cells in peripheral blood.Method A total of 26 patients with persistent HPV infection who admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and those having transient infection or healthy people were selected as control group.The levels of B cells,Tfh cells and Tfr cells in peripheral blood samples were detected by flow cytometry.IL-21,IgM and IgG levels were detected by ELISA,and BCL-6 levels were detected by qRT-PCR.Result The proportions of Tfh cells and B cells in patients with HPV persistent infection were significantly higher than those in control group,whereas Tfr cells were significantly lower than those in control group;IL-21,IgG and BCL-6 in patients with HPV persistent infection were significantly higher expressed,while IgM decreased significantly Differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusion Persistent HPV infection could increase Bcell and Tfh cell proportions,reduce Tfr cell levels in peripheral blood,so targeting Tfh and Tfr cells may help restore immune homeostasis.
