摘要
消化道恶性肿瘤的全球发病率和死亡率较高,严重危害人类健康。在复杂的肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)中,肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocyte,TIL)是肿瘤浸润免疫细胞的主要类型,在抗肿瘤免疫应答中发挥关键作用。TIL不仅是消化道恶性肿瘤的预后因素,还具有肿瘤免疫治疗的价值。本文简述了TIL的组成及其抗肿瘤机制,回顾了TIL在食管癌、胃癌和结直肠癌中的预后评估和治疗价值的最新进展,包括TIL浸润和分子表达水平对预后的影响以及TIL相关免疫治疗的疗效及安全性评估。
Gastrointestinal malignancies endanger human health seriously with a high global morbidity and mortality rate.In the complex tumor microenvironment(TME),tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)are the main types of tumor infiltrating immune cells and play a key role in the anti-tumor immune response.As a prognostic factor for gastrointestinal cancer,TILs also have a value of tumor immunotherapy.This paper reviews the composition of TILs and their anti-tumor mechanisms,and provides an overview of the latest advances in prognostic evaluation and therapeutic value of TILs in esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer,such as the effect of TILs infiltration and molecular expression levels on prognosis,and the efficacy and safety of several TILs-related immunotherapies.
