摘要
目的分析前列舒通胶囊联合索利那新在经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TUPKP)患者中的应用效果。方法纳入九江市第一人民医院2024年1至12月收治的TUPKP患者98例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=49)、观察组(n=49)。对照组予以索利那新治疗,基于此,观察组联合前列舒通胶囊治疗,两组均治疗1个月,对比两组临床疗效。于治疗前、后,对比两组尿动力学相关指标[残余尿量(RU)、最大逼尿肌压力(MDP)、最大尿流率(Q_(max))]、症状严重程度[国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)]、生活质量[良性前列腺增生生活质量表修订版(BPHQLS)];并记录不良反应情况。结果与对照组(81.63%)相比,观察组(95.92%)总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Q_(max)[(15.62±2.71)mL/s]、MDP[(72.63±6.32)cmH_(2)O]高于对照组[(11.14±2.30)mL/s、(64.41±6.28)cmH_(2)O],观察组RU[(41.14±4.25)mL]低于对照组[(48.82±5.32)mL](P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IPSS评分[(11.25±1.71)分]低于对照组[(14.41±1.82)分],BPHQLS评分[(111.25±10.45)分]高于对照组[(97.74±9.82)分](P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论前列舒通胶囊联合索利那新应用于TUPKP患者中效果较好,可减轻症状,改善尿动力学,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with sorinaxin in patients with transurethral plasma prostatectomy(TUPKP).Methods A total of 98 cases of TUPKP patients admitted to the The First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City(from January to December 2024)were included,and were divided into the control group(n=49)and the observation group(n=49)by the method of randomized number table.The control group was treated with solinacin,based on which,the observation group was treated with combined Qianlie Shutong capsule.Both groups were treated for one month.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Before and after the treatment,the urodynamics-related indexes[residual urine volume(RU),maximal forced urethral pressure(MDP),maximal urinary flow rate(Q_(max))],symptom severity[International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)],and quality of life[Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Quality of Life Scale Revised(BPHQLS)]of the two groups were compared;and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results Compared with the control group(81.63%),the observation group(95.92%)had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05);After treatment,the Q_(max)[(15.62±2.71)mL/s]and MDP[(72.63±6.32)cmH_(2)O]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(11.14±2.30)mL/s and(64.41±6.28)cmH_(2)O],while the RU[(41.14±4.25)mL]in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(48.82±5.32)mL](P<0.05);After treatment,the IPSS score of the observation group[(11.25±1.71)points]was lower than that of the control group[(14.41±1.82)points],and the BPHQLS score[(111.25±10.45)points]was higher than that of the control group[(97.74±9.82)points](P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with sorinaxin is effective in TUPKP patients,which can reduce symptoms,improve urodynamics,and improve the quality of life.
