工商资本下乡与农村集体经济组织价值共创的过程机制研究——基于四川天府新区T村的纵向案例

摘要工商资本下乡对于壮大新型农村集体经济、促进城乡融合发展具有重要意义。本文基于价值共创理论,构建“价值主张—价值创造—价值实现”的分析框架,以四川天府新区T村为例,探讨工商资本与农村集体经济组织二者实现价值共创的过程机制。分析表明:T村引进工商资本经历了探索期、发展期、变革期三个阶段,不同阶段由不同价值主张驱动,而资源整合和服务交换是价值实现的关键内核;价值取向的对抗性在二者价值共创过程中始终存在,需要完善合作制度和规范流程以保障二者的动态平衡;上级政府的参与是农村集体经济组织在与工商资本博弈中取得主动的关键。本文增强了价值共创理论的新场景解释力,也为下一步有效引导工商资本下乡、实现村企双赢提供了重要参考。 Industrial and commercial enterprises flowing to the countryside is of great significance for strengthening the rural collective economy and promoting the integration of urban and rural development.Based on the theory of value co-creation,this paper constructs an analytical framework of“value proposition-value creation-value realization”.Taking T Village in Tianfu New District of Sichuan as an example,this paper discusses the mechanism and realization path of value co-creation between industrial and commercial enterprise and rural collective economic organizations.The research shows that the introduction of industrial and commercial enterprise in T Village has gone through three stages:exploration period,development period and transformation period.Different stages are driven by different value propositions,while resource integration and service exchange are the key cores of value realization.The antagonism of value orientation always exists in the process of value co-creation between the two,and it is necessary to improve the cooperation system and standardize the process to ensure the dynamic balance between the two.The participation of higher-level governments is the key for rural collective economic organizations to take the initiative in the game with industrial and commercial enterprises.This study enhances the explanatory power of the new scene of value co-creation theory,and also provides an important reference for the next step to comprehensively promote industrial and commercial enterprises flow to the countryside and achieve a win-win situation with the rural collective economy.
