基于网络平台的整合医学教育在影像医学教学中的应用

摘要 目的探索基于网络平台的整合医学教育联合以团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的教学模式在影像医学教学中的应用价值。方法将70名于2021年1月-2021年12月在重庆医科大学附属永川医院放射科轮转的住院医师规范化培训医生和专业型研究生分为试验组(n=32)与对照组(n=38),试验组采用影像医学知识与基础及临床多学科理论知识进行整合联合TBL、PBL、CBL教学模式,并利用网络平台以视频会议的模式进行教学与讨论。对照组采用传统教学模式。最后通过出科考核成绩及问卷调查进行评价与分析。结果试验组病例分析分数及总分数分别为42.5(40.3,44.8)分和83.5(80.3,87.0)分,均高于对照组36.0(34.4,40.0)分和76.4(71.4,80.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对学习课程完全理解,激发、提高学习兴趣,调动、提高学习的积极性和主动性,提高文献查阅能力,启发临床思维、提高解决实际问题能力,对这门课程非常满意并乐意接受6个方面,试验组与对照组学生对各个项目的选择差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的整合医学教育联合TBL、PBL、CBL教学法的教学模式可以提高学生临床思维能力,培养全方位医学人才,获得学生的认可与接受。 Objective To explore the application value of the teaching mode of integrating medical education combined with TBL,PBL and CBL teaching methods based on network platform in medical imaging teaching.Methods A total of 70 resident physicians and postgraduates who rotate in the radiology department of the Affiliated Yongchuan Hongspital of Chongqing Medical University for standardized training from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into test group(n=32)and control group(n=38).The test group adopted the combination of imaging medical knowledge and basic and clinical multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge with TBL,PBL and CBL teaching methods,and the network platform was used for teaching and discussion in the mode of video conference.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Finally,the evaluation and analysis was carried out through the examination results and questionnaire survey.Results The case analysis scores and total scores of the test group was 42.5(40.3,44.8)points and 83.5(80.3,87.0)points,higher than 36.0(34.4,40.0)points and 76.4(71.4,80.0)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Completely understand the course,stimulate and improve learning interest,mobilize and improve learning enthusiasm and initiative,improve literature review ability,inspire clinical thinking,improve ability to solve practical problems,very satisfied with this course and willing to take it,the difference in the choice of each item between the students in the experimental group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of integrated medical education based on the network platform combined with TBL,PBL and CBL teaching methods can improve the clinical thinking ability of students,cultivate all-round medical talents,and gain the recognition and acceptance of students.
