印染技术对纺织品色彩稳定性的提升研究进展

Research progress on the improvement of textile color stability by printing and dyeing technology

摘要 全球纺织工业面临因色彩稳定性不足导致产品寿命缩短与资源浪费的严峻挑战,化学染料的光氧化降解、机械磨损及洗涤剂侵蚀等复合作用加速色彩失真,传统固色技术虽能在短期内提升色牢度,但普遍存在生态毒性、能耗过高与纤维损伤等技术瓶颈。就光化学降解机理解析、生物基固色剂开发及多维效能评估体系构建展开探讨,以期为纺织产业提供兼顾色牢度提升、环境友好与成本可控的综合解决方案,推动印染技术向绿色智能化方向迭代。 The global textile industry is confronted with severe challenges such as shortened product lifes⁃pan and resource waste due to insufficient color stability.The combined effects of photo-oxidative degrada⁃tion of chemical dyes,mechanical wear,and detergent erosion accelerate color distortion.Although traditional fixation techniques can improve color fastness in the short term,they generally have technical bottlenecks such as ecological toxicity,excessive energy consumption,and fiber damage.The analysis of the photochemi⁃cal degradation mechanism,the development of bio-based color-fixing agents,and the construction of multidimensional performance evaluation system were discussed,with the aim of providing a comprehensive solu⁃tion for the textile industry that takes into account the improvement of color fastness,environmental friendli⁃ness,and cost control,and promoting the iteration of printing and dyeing technology towards green and intelli⁃gent directions.
