摘要
[目的]研究了影响动车组风挡橡胶老化的因素。[方法]通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)等手段对老化风挡橡胶进行分析,并对不同清洗剂和蒸馏水浸泡后风挡橡胶试片的质量、硬度、官能团、表面粗糙度等方面的变化进行测试,考察了紫外线照射的影响。[结果]清洗剂对风挡橡胶的影响较小,但清洗后的紫外老化对风挡橡胶有一定影响,紫外老化后的风挡橡胶中C含量降低,O含量增加。[结论]风挡橡胶分子链的断裂,主要是分子层面的光化学降解,表面发生剧烈氧化反应,造成风档橡胶脆化。
[Objective]The factors affecting the aging of windshield rubber seal in electric multiple unit(EMU)were studied.[Method]Aged windshield rubber seal was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),and other methods.The variations in quality,hardness,functional groups,surface roughness,and other aspects after immersions in different cleaning agents and distilled water were tested to investigate the effect of ultraviolet irradiation.[Result]The cleaning agent has little effect on the windshield rubber seal,but the UV aging after cleaning has a certain impact on the windshield rubber seal.The C content in the windshield rubber seal decreases and the O content increases after UV aging.[Conclusion]The breakage of the molecular chain of windshield rubber seal is mainly caused by photochemical degradation at the molecular level,resulting in severe oxidation reactions on the surface and causing embrittlement of windshield rubber seal.
