常压易染阳离子聚酯纤维染色热力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过绘制不同颜色阳离子染料对常压易染阳离子聚酯(ECDP)纤维的染色吸附等温线,研究了阳离子红CA、阳离子黄CA、阳离子蓝CA对ECDP纤维染色过程的热力学机理。结果表明,相同温度下,阳离子蓝CA染料上染ECDP纤维的亲和力最大,染色饱和值最高,阳离子红CA染料上染ECDP纤维的亲和力最小,染色饱和值最低;一定范围内染色温度升高,3种颜色染料对纤维染色时染色热、染色熵上升且为正值,染料亲和力、染色饱和值提高,有利于提高染色效果;当温度过高时会导致染色热、染色熵变为负值,染料亲和力下降,染色饱和值下降,染色效果变差;3种颜色染料对ECDP纤维染色时适宜的染色温度、时间各不相同,但染色饱和值都高于100.00 mg/g,均可达到对纤维的深染效果。 The thermodynamic mechanism of Cationic dyes(Cationic Red CA,Cationic Yellow CA,Cationic Blue CA)dyeing process of ECDP fibers is studied by drawing the adsorption isotherms of different colors of cationic dyes on ECDP fibers at atmospheric pressure.The results show that at the same temperature,cationic Blue CA dye has the highest affinity and saturation value on ECDP fiber,while Cationic Red CA dye has the lowest affinity and saturation value on ECDP fiber.Within a certain range,the dyeing heat and dyeing entropy of three color dyes increase and are positive,and the affinity and saturation value of dye also increase,which is beneficial to improve the dyeing effect.When the temperature is too high,the dyeing heat and dyeing entropy become negative,the affinity of dye decreases,the saturation value decreases too,andl the dyeing effect deteriorates.The suitable dyeing temperature and dyeing time for ECDP fiber are different,but the saturation value of dyeing is higher than 100.00 mg/g,and the deep dyeing effect of ECDP fiber could be achieved.
