摘要
在稳定劳动参与率、提高人力资源利用效率、促进高质量充分就业的人口高质量发展目标下,构建三维资本理论分析框架,利用多期CFPS数据对56502个样本进行实证分析,探讨劳动力就业内生动力提升的路径。得出:①弘扬优秀传统文化能够改变劳动力就业观、激发劳动力就业内生动力,稳定就业参与率,经过一系列稳健性检验之后这一结论依然成立;②即使劳动福利、收入与依赖文化蔓延,弘扬优秀传统文化依然能激发劳动力就业内生动力,增加劳动参与率,推进高质量充分就业;③弘扬红色文化与儒家文化所发挥出的提升生活希望、拉动非学历教育投入、提高认知性与结构性资本作用能解释劳动力就业内生动力提升的成因;④在激发劳动力就业内生动力中,西方外来文化的融入过程中会存在“适应性困境”,但完善地区正式制度,能增强传统文化传承的价值,进而促进高质量充分就业,加速促使人口高质量发展;⑤数智赋能优秀传统文化传承能显著激发劳动力就业内生动力,实现文化传承的价值增值。
Under the goal of stabilizing the labor participation rate,improving the efficiency of human resource utilization,and promoting the high-quality development of the population with high-quality and full employment,a three-dimensional capital theoretical analysis framework was constructed,and 56502 samples were empirically analyzed by using multi-period CFPS data to explore the ways to improve the endogenous power of labor employment.The conclusions are as follows:①Promoting excellent traditional culture can change the employment concept of labor force,stimulate the endogenous motivation of labor employment,and stabilize the employment participation rate,which is still valid after a series of robustness tests;②Even if the culture of labor welfare,income and dependence spreads,the promotion of excellent traditional culture can still stimulate the endogenous motivation of labor employment,increase the labor participation rate,and promote high-quality and full employment;③The role of promoting red culture and Confucian culture in enhancing life hope,stimulating investment in non-academic education,and improving cognitive and structural capital can explain the causes of the endogenous driving force of labor employment.④In stimulating the endogenous driving force of labor employment,there will be“adaptability dilemma”in the process of Western foreign culture integration,which will interfere with the promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture,but improving the regional formal system can enhance the value of traditional cultural inheritance,thereby promoting high-quality and full employment,and accelerating the high-quality development of the population.⑤Digital intelligence empowers the inheritance of excellent traditional culture,which can significantly stimulate the endogenous motivation of labor employment and realize the value appreciation of cultural inheritance.
