摘要
目的:探讨互补仿真多元化教学模式在康复评定学临床理论教学中的应用效果。方法:将皖南医学院2021级康复治疗学专业学生57名,随机分为A组(实验组,互补仿真多元化教学模式组)28名和B组(对照组,传统教学模式组)29名。采用基础理论、临床案例思维及技能实操考试成绩评定两组教学效果。结果:B组学生课后及期末理论成绩均低于课前(P<0.05),A组学生课后及期末理论成绩均高于B组学生(P<0.05)。A组学生期末临床案例思维成绩均高于课前和课后(P<0.05),A组学生期末临床案例思维成绩高于B组(P<0.05)。A组学生期末技能操作考试成绩均高于课前和课后(P<0.05),B组学生课前、期末技能操作考试成绩均高于课后(P<0.05);A组学生课后、期末技能操作考试成绩高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统教学模式,互补仿真多元化教学模式在康复评定学临床教学中有利于教学成绩的提升,尤其是临床案例思维及技能实操成绩的提升,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the application of complementary simulation and diversified teaching model in clinical theory instruction of Rehabilitation Assessment.Methods:Fifty-seven students majoring in rehabilitation therapy,enrolled in 2021 in Wannan Medical College,were included and randomly divided into group A(n=28,experimental group,taught with complementary simulation and diversified teaching model)and group B(n=29,control group,taught with traditional teaching approach).The teaching effectiveness for the two groups was evaluated by the scores in tests of basic theory,clinical case thinking tests and skills practice.Results:Students in group B had higher post-course and final-term exam scores in the theory tests compared to scores before teaching(P<0.05),and the achievement was better in students in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The scores on clinical case thinking and skill practice,either tested in before teaching or post-course,was higher in students in group A(P<0.05),and students in group A scored higher on clinical cases thinking in the final test than those in group B(P<0.05).Students in group B had higher scores on skills practice tested either in before teaching or post-course(P<0.05),and the scoring was higher in students in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Complementary simulation and diversified teaching mode in the clinical teaching of Rehabilitation Assessment is worthy of wider application because it can improve the command of basic theory,particularly the clinical case thinking and skills practice.
