摘要
在智慧图书馆建设过程中,DeepSeek基于垂直领域深度适配、资源利用效率优化和中文语义精准理解等技术优势,有力提升了智慧资源管理与智慧服务水平,但DeepSeek的技术嵌入可能引发知识服务脱轨、数据治理失序、算法权力僭越及人机关系错位等潜在风险。为应对上述挑战,文章认为须立足图书馆学与法学的交叉视角,构建技术赋能与安全保障的动态平衡框架:完善版权保护体系,推进制度与技术的融合;规范数据处理行为,实施隐私风险动态治理;确立算法披露规则,健全决策过程留痕机制;重塑人文价值理念,优化人机协同工作方案。
In the process of smart library construction,DeepSeek has effectively improved the management of smart resources and the level of smart service based on the technical advantages of deep adaptation in vertical domain,optimization of resource utilization efficiency and accurate understanding of Chinese semantics.However,the technology embedding of DeepSeek may cause potential risks such as derailment of knowledge service,disorder of data governance,arrogation of algorithmic power and dislocation of human-computer relationship.In order to cope with the above challenges,this paper holds that it is necessary to build a dynamic balance framework of technology empowerment and security guarantee based on the cross perspective of library science and law:improve the copyright protection system and promote the integration of system and technology;standardize data processing behavior and implement dynamic governance of privacy risks;establish algorithm disclosure rules and improve the decision-making process trace mechanism;reconstruct the humanistic value concept and optimize the human-machine collaborative work plan.
