摘要
伴随着大数据时代的到来,科学研究范式开始由计算机模拟复杂现象转换为数据密集型。高校图书馆作为"知识传播中心"的地位面临挑战,但机遇同存,高校图书馆发展数据馆员成为必然结果。目前,我国在没有相关政策法规的支持下,数据馆员总体发展相当缓慢,本文选取北京大学图书馆和复旦大学图书馆作为优秀案例,对国内高校数据馆员外部环境、组织管理机制和实践等方面进行调研分析,旨在为探索我国高校图书馆数据馆员制度和管理体系奠定基础。
With the advent of the era of big data,the scientific research paradigm is being transformed from computer simulation of complex phenomena to data intensive research.The status of university library as"knowledge dissemination center"is facing increasingly challenges and opportunities.It is inevitable to develop data librarians for university libraries.Due to the absence of relevant policies and regulations,the development of data librarians is quite slow.External environment,organizational management mechanism and practice of data librarians in domestic universities are investigated,and Peking University Library and Fudan University Library are emphasized to research to explore data librarian system and management of university libraries in China.
