摘要
高校作为人才培养的重要基地,面临着培养适应未来社会和市场需求的毕业生的挑战。研究校企合作背景下高校创新创业人才的培养模式。通过联合开发课程、设立实习基地、企业导师指导和科研合作等手段,培养具备实践能力和创新精神的高素质人才。这种模式在提升学生实践能力和就业竞争力的同时,促进了科技成果转化,满足了社会和经济发展需求,但存在合作深度不够、课程设置与企业需求脱节等问题。提出优化对策,包括深化合作机制、优化课程设置等,以更好地培养创新创业人才,推动科技进步和经济发展。
As important bases for talent cultivation,universities face the challenge of training graduates who can adapt to future society and market demands.This paper explores the training model for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities under university-enterprise cooperation.By jointly developing courses,establishing internship bases,providing enterprise mentor guidance,and conducting scientific research collaboration,high-quality talents with practical abilities and innovative spirit are cultivated.This model not only enhances students’practical skills and employment competitiveness but also promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to meet social and economic development needs.However,there are issues such as insufficient depth of cooperation and a disconnect between course settings and enterprise needs.The article proposes optimization strategies,including deepening cooperation mechanisms and optimizing course settings,to better cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents and promote technological progress and economic development.
