摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性常见的泌尿系统疾病,经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)目前已成为手术治疗BPH的首选方法。然而,老年患者常合并慢性基础疾病,术后膀胱功能恢复较慢,容易出现多种术后并发症。其中,尿失禁是TURP术后老年患者中最常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者的术后康复及日常生活。本文综述了TURP术后尿失禁的定义、分类、危险因素、防治措施及护理方法,并重点对TURP术后尿失禁的护理方法进行了详细阐述,旨在为TURP术后老年患者尿失禁的护理提供科学依据,以提高TURP术后老年患者的生活质量。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common urinary system disease in elderly men,transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)has become the first choice for the surgical treatment of BPH.However,elderly patients often have chronic underlying diseases,and the recovery of bladder function is slow,and they are prone to a variety of postoperative complications.Urinary incontinence is one of the most common complications in elderly patients after TURP,which seriously affects the postoperative rehabilitation and daily life of patients.This article reviews the definition,classification,risk factors,prevention measures and nursing methods of urinary incontinence after TURP,and focuses on the nursing methods of urinary incontinence after TURP in detail,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the nursing of urinary incontinence in elderly patients after TURP,so as to improve the quality of life of elderly patients after TURP.
