摘要
在外部环境日益复杂严峻的背景下,数字领导力在企业创新韧性提升过程中扮演着不可或缺的作用。基于高阶梯队理论和TOE理论,以技术复杂性和知识场活性的双技术格局作为情境变量,探索数字领导力对战略性新兴企业创新韧性影响的内在机制,运用回归分析和模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)分别进行调节机制检验和路径分析。调节机制结果表明,数字领导力正向促进战略性新兴企业创新韧性提升;随着知识场活性和技术复杂性的提高,数字领导力对企业创新韧性提升的促进作用分别被强化和弱化;知识场活性、技术复杂性和数字领导力三者交互项与企业创新韧性提升正相关。同时,fsQCA结果表明,战略性新兴企业存在4条高创新韧性的提升路径:①数字领导力-资源冗余-知识场活性型;②资源冗余-知识场活性型;③数字领导力-创新政策型;④知识场活性-创新政策型。研究结论对战略性新兴企业应对不确定性与推动可持续创新具有重要理论与实践意义。
In the increasingly complex and severe external environment,digital leadership plays an indispensable role in enhancing the innovation resilience of enterprises.This article based on the high-order echelon theory and TOE theory and takes the dual technology pattern of technological complexity and knowledge field activity as situational variables to explore the internal mechanism of the impact of digital leadership on the innovation resilience of strategic emerging enterprises.Regression analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)are used to test the regulatory mechanism and path analysis.The results of the regulatory mechanism indicate that digital leadership positively promotes the improvement of innovation resilience in strategic emerging enterprises;With the increase of knowledge field activity and technological complexity,the promoting effect of digital leadership on enhancing enterprise innovation resilience has been strengthened and weakened respectively;The interaction between knowledge field activity,technological complexity,and digital leadership is positively correlated with the improvement of enterprise innovation resilience.Meanwhile,the fsQCA results indicate that there are four paths for strategic emerging enterprises to enhance their high innovation resilience:①digital leadership resource redundancy knowledge field activity;②Resource redundancy-knowledge field active type;③Digital leadership-innovative policy oriented;④Knowledge field activity-innovative policy oriented.The research conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for strategic emerging enterprises to cope with uncertainty and promote sustainable innovation.
