摘要
提高教师教学投入水平对建强应用型本科院校具有重要意义。本文以来自31个省份的3047位应用型本科院校教师(含840位艺术类院校教师)为对象的调查研究发现,应用型本科院校教师整体教学投入水平较高,不同职称、不同教龄、不同性别、不同学校性质的应用型本科院校教师教学投入水平存在显著差异。通过文献分析和问卷调查探究应用型本科院校教师教学投入影响因素,发现来自外部环境的政策制度、教学压力和科研压力、教学资源以及教师个体特征、教师自身心理变量等个体内部因素是影响教师教学投入的主要因素。基于上述分析,从优化政策制度、均衡工作要求、改善教学资源、完善角色认知、提升职业认同五方面提出教师教学投入水平的提升路径。
Improving teachers'teaching engagement is significant for strengthening application-oriented universities.A survey of 3047 teachers(including 840 art university teachers)from 31 provinces reveals that teachers in application-oriented possess relatively sound overall teaching engagement,with significant differences among teachers of different professional titles,teaching experiences,genders,and school types.Through literature analysis and questionnaire surveys,the study finds that external environmental factors such as policy systems,teaching and research pressure,teaching resources,and internal factors such as teachers'individual characteristics and psychological variables are the main factors affecting teaching engagement.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes five paths to improve teaching engagement:optimizing policy systems,balancing work requirements,improving teaching resources,enhancing role perception,and strengthening professional identity.
