摘要
目的 探讨D-二聚体对晚期结直肠癌(CRC)患者预后效果的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2023年12月期间盐城市建湖县人民医院收治的35例CRC患者为观察组,选取同期体检者15例为对照组。检测并比较两组的血浆D-二聚体水平和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平。结果 观察组血浆D-二聚体阳性检测率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。CRC患者血浆D-二聚体水平与CEA水平呈明显正相关,P<0.05。结论 CRC患者D-二聚体水平呈增高状态,可反映疾病晚期及预后欠佳,有助于临床监测患者病情演变与治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of D-dimer on the prognosis of patients with advanced colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:From January 2019 to December 2023,35 patients with CRC in Yancheng jianhu county People's Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 15 patients with physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of plasma D-dimer and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)were detected and compared between the two groups.Results:The positive detection rate of plasma D-dimer in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The level of plasma D-dimer was positively correlated with the level of CEA in CRC patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:The level of D-dimer in patients with CRC is increased,which can reflect the late stage of the disease and poor prognosis,and is helpful for clinical monitoring of the evolution of the patient's condition.
