摘要
为探讨结直肠癌患者术前检测血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)和D-二聚体(D-D)的临床意义,回顾2014年1月至2015年11月我院收治的100例结直肠癌患者资料,分析患者术前血浆FIB和D-D水平与结直肠癌患者临床病理学特征及预后的相关性。结果显示,术前FIB水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤病变部位、分化程度、浸润深度无关,P>0.05;与淋巴结转移、血管受侵情况有关,P <0.05。术前D-D水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤病变部位、分化程度、血管受侵情况无关,P>0.05;与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况有关,P <0.05。患者术后3年生存率与患者术前FIB和D-D水平有关,P <0.05。结果表明,术前血浆FIB和D-D水平均与淋巴结转移情况相关,而且术前血浆FIB和D-D水平越高,患者生存率越低。二者有望成为预测结直肠癌是否淋巴结转移及预后的肿瘤标志物。
In order to explore the clinical significance of preoperativelly detecting the levels of plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)of colorectal cancer(CRC)patients,author retrospectively analysed the data of 100 cases of CRC treated in author’s hospital(2014-01-2015-11),including preoperative levels of plasma FIB and D-D and their correlation with clinical pathological features and prognosis of patients.As results,FIB level did not correlate with patient’s sex,age,lesion site and the differentiation degree and infiltration depth of tumor(all,P>0.05),but correlate with lymph node metastasis and the invasive status of blood vessels(P<0.05);meanwhile D-D level did not correlate with patients’sex,age,and the lesion site,the differentiation degree of tumor,as well as the invasive status of blood vessels(P>0.05),but correlate with the infiltration depth of tumor,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);patients’3-year survival rate after surgery was correlated with the level of FIB and D-D(P<0.05).Results show that preoperative levels of plasma FIB and D-D are all correlated with lymph node metastasis,and the more higher the levels are,the more lower patients’survival rate,thus FIB and D-D could be the tumor marks for prognosing patients’prognosis,and colorectal cancer being with or without metastasis.
