不同改良剂对土壤养分和细菌群落结构的影响

Effects of Different Amendments on Soil Nutrients and Bacterial Community Structure

摘要 针对南方山地果园土壤贫瘠、养分利用率低等问题,采用土壤改良剂配施复合肥,提高土壤养分,改善细菌群落结构。结果表明,与对照相比,施用改良剂后土壤pH值、有机质、速效氮分别提高1.1%~12.2%、10.2%~37.2%、1.2%~15.4%,有效磷T_(1)处理(复合肥+有机肥)、T_(2)处理(复合肥+生石灰)表现为增加,T_(3)处理(复合肥+芽孢杆菌)则降低,改良剂添加后降低了速效钾含量,几种改良剂中T_(2)处理效果最好。改良剂施用后增加了微生物碳和微生物氮的含量,分别增加97.1%~463.7%和382.7%~1057.3%,T_(2)处理改良效果最好。施用土壤改良剂后细菌群落结构均有不同程度改变,其中T_(3)效果较为突出,分别提高了门水平Actinobacteriota(放线菌门)、Planctomycetota(浮霉菌门)、Methylomirabilota(甲基奇异菌门)、Latescibacterota相对丰度和属水平Rokubacteriales、Latescibacterota、OM190、Subgroup_22、KD4-96相对丰度。研究表明改良剂能明显改善土壤性质,其中以T_(2)处理对土壤养分提升效果最好,T_(3)处理对细菌群落结构改善效果最好。 In order to solve the problems of poor soil and low nutrient use efficiency in orchards in southern mountainous areas,soil conditioners were used to apply compound fertilizer to improve soil nutrients and bacterial community structure.The results showed that compared with the control,soil pH,organic matter and available nitrogen increased by 1.1%-12.2%,10.2%-37.2%and 1.2%-15.4%,respectively,the available phosphorus T_(1) and T_(2) treatments increased,while the T_(3) treatment decreased,and the available potassium content decreased after the addition of the improver,and the T_(2) treatment had the best effect.After the application of the amendment,the contents of microbial carbon and microbial nitrogen were increased by 97.1%-463.7%and 382.7%-1057.3%,respectively,and the improvement effect of T_(2) treatment was the best.The bacterial community structure changed to varying degrees after the application of soil amendment,and the effect of T_(3) was more prominent,which increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteriota,Planctomycetota,Methylomirabilota,Latescibacterota,and Rokubacteriales,respectively.Relative abundance of Latescibacterota,OM190,Subgroup_22,KD4-96.The results showed that the amendment could significantly improve soil properties,and T_(2) treatment had the best effect on soil nutrient improvement,and T_(3) treatment had the best effect on improving bacterial community structure.
