摘要
新工科建设推动高等教育尤其是工科教育向新工科教育的改革与创新,强调在本科教育、教学过程中培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。针对生物材料专业学科交叉实验课程不足的问题,设计了一项教学实验,旨在为本科生提供一种可靠的方法来合成磁共振成像造影剂,并对丝素蛋白盆底网片进行磁共振成像功能化修饰,通过体外模拟实验初步验证修饰后盆底网片的磁共振成像性能。教学实验有助于学生更深刻理解原子核外的电子构型及原子的磁性等基本概念和原理,掌握先进纳米材料的合成与表征方法,了解材料学与医学的学科交叉,培养学生的实践和创新能力,并有望为临床中盆底网片示踪困难的问题提供一种可能的解决方案。
The construction of the new engineering disciplines promotes the reform and innovation of higher education,especially engineer-ing education,emphasizing the cultivation of students'practical and innovative abilities during their undergraduate education.Addressing the insuf-ficient interdisciplinary experimental courses in the field of biomaterials,this paper designs a teaching experiment aimed at providing undergradu-ates with a reliable method for synthesizing magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agents and functionalizing silk fibroin pelvic floor meshes for magnetic resonance imaging.This teaching experiment helps students to deepen their understanding of basic concepts and principles such as electron structures and atomic magnetism,learn advanced methods for the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials,understand the interdis-ciplinary feature of materials science and medicine,cultivate students'practical and innovative abilities,and provide a potential approach to address the difficulties in imaging of meshes in in pelvic floor reconstruction.
