摘要
目的:评估标准化药物教育计划对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年9月期间到甘肃省酒泉市肃州区总寨中心卫生院就诊的420例确诊为2型糖尿病的成年患者,随机分为对照组与实验组,各210例。实验组接受了为期6个月的标准化药物教育计划,对照组则仅接受常规护理。采用糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、自我管理行为量表得分作为主要评估指标。结果:经过6个月的随访,实验组患者的平均HbA1c水平从基线时的8.5%±1.2%下降至7.2%±0.9%,而对照组的HbA1c水平仅从8.4%±1.1%降至8.1%±1.0%(P<0.001)。此外,实验组在自我管理行为量表上的得分显著高于对照组(P<0.001),差异具有统计学意义。结论:标准化药物教育计划显著提高了糖尿病患者的自我管理能力和血糖控制水平。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of standardized drug education programs on self-management ability of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 420 adult patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who visited the Suzhou District General Village Center Health Center,Jiuquan City,Gansu Province,from November 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 210 cases in each group.The experimental group received standardized drug education program for 6 months,while the control group only received routine care.Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level and self-management behavior scale score were used as the main assessment indicators.Results:After 6 months of follow-up,the mean HbA1c level in the experimental group decreased from 8.5%±1.2%at baseline to 7.2%±0.9%,while the HbA1c level in the control group decreased from 8.4%±1.1%to 8.1%±1.0%(P<0.001).In addition,the scores of the experimental group on the self-management behavior scale were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001),with the statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Standardized drug education programs significantly improve the self-management and glycemic control in patients with diabetes.
