计及光伏波动性的主配网协同优化方法

摘要 为了实现含高渗透率光伏的配网与主网协同无功优化运行,针对光伏出力的波动性,提出了一种新型的主配网协同优化方法。建立负荷和光伏出力的概率模型,使用半不变量法和Gram-Charlier级数结合的概率潮流算法实现对节点电压的快速统计;将主配网分解并考虑互相支撑作用,对粒子群算法进行改进,并将概率潮流计算嵌入算法中进行电压优化。构建主配网算例进行仿真,结果表明,计及光伏波动性的主配网协同优化方法能够更有效实现含高渗透率光伏的主配网的优化运行。 In order to realize the coordinated reactive power optimization operation of distribution network and main network with high permeability photovoltaic,a novel optimization method of main distribution network coordination is proposed to address the volatility of photovoltaic power output.Firstly,the probabilistic models of load and PV output are established,and fast statistics of nodal voltages are realized using a probabilistic load flow algorithm combining the semi-invariant method and the Gram-Charlier series.Secondly,decompose the main and distribution networks and consider their mutual support effect,improve the particle swarm algorithm,and embed the probabilistic load flow calculation into the algorithm for voltage optimization.Finally,a main distribution network example is constructed for simulation.The results demonstrate that,the proposed coordinated optimization method considering photovoltaic fluctuation can more effectively achieve optimal operation of main distribution networks with high-penetration photovoltaic.
