Robust Power Supply Restoration Method with Coordination of Main Grid and Distribution Networks Based on Reconstruction Level Identification

摘要 传统配电网供电恢复策略大多先进行孤岛划分、后进行动态重构,缺少对二者的共同考虑,而全局重构又存在经济性差、操作难度大等问题。为此,提出基于重构级别辨识的主配协同鲁棒供电恢复方法。首先,根据配电系统的故障情况,按照局部自治、低级别优先重构的原则,快速确定主(变电站层级)、配(配电线路层级)多级重构需求。然后,对不同级别的区域进行孤岛划分与重构。接着,针对描述分布式光伏出力不确定性的凸包多面体集合存在放缩过程中保守性大的问题,采用超平面方法切割凸包集合并建立改进凸包集合模型。进一步,构建了配电网鲁棒供电恢复模型,并采用列与约束生成算法对鲁棒供电恢复模型进行求解。最后,通过改进的78节点系统进行仿真验证。结果表明,基于重构级别辨识的主配协同鲁棒供电恢复方法可以降低保守性,提高供电恢复结果的鲁棒性。 Most of the traditional power supply restoration strategies of the distribution network are divided into islands first and then dynamically reconstructed,which lacks the common consideration for both.However,the global reconstruction also has some problems such as poor economic efficiency and high operational difficulty.Therefore,a robust power supply restoration method with coordination of main grid and distribution networks based on reconstruction level identification is proposed.First,based on the fault situation of the distribution system,according to the principle of local autonomy and low-level priority reconstruction,the multilevel reconstruction requirements of the main grid(substation level)and distribution networks(distribution line level)are quickly determined.Then,islands are divided and reconstructed for different levels of regions.Next,in order to solve the problem that the convex hull polyhedron set describing the uncertainty of distributed photovoltaic output is conservative in the shrinking process,the hyperplane method is used to cut the convex hull set and an improved convex hull set model is established.Furthermore,the robust power supply restoration model of distribution network is constructed,and the column and constraint generation algorithm is used to solve the robust power supply restoration model.Finally,the simulation results of the improved 78-bus system show that the robust power supply restoration method with coordination of main grid and distribution networks based on reconstruction level identification can reduce conservatism and improve the robustness of power supply restoration results.
