摘要
目的 分析4C延续性护理结合加速康复护理对老年脑梗死患者护理的应用效果。方法 按照随机数表法1:1原则将本院神经内科2023年5月—2024年5月收治的100例老年脑梗死患者分为对照组(n=50,常规康复护理)和研究组(n=50,4C延续性护理结合加速康复护理),比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分、日常生活能力评分、神经功能缺损评分。结果 护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将4C延续性护理结合加速康复护理应用于老年脑梗死患者的临床护理中具有较好的效果,可改善患者的负性情绪,提升生活能力,改善神经功能缺损,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of 4C continuity care combined with accelerated rehabilitation care on elderly cerebral infarction patients.Methods According the random number table method,100 elderly cerebral infarction patients admitted to the neurology department of our hospital from May 2023 to 2024 were divided into two groups,the control group(n=50,conventional rehabilitation care)and the research group(n=5,4C continuity care combined with accelerated rehabilitation care).The two groups were compared in terms of anxiety,depression scores,daily living ability scores,and neurological scores.Results After care,the SAS and SDS scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the daily living ability score was than that of the control group;the neurological deficit score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 4C continuity care combined with accelerated rehabilitation care in the clinical care of elderly cerebral infarction patients has a good effect,which can improve the patients'negative,enhance their living ability,and improve neurological deficits.It is worth clinical reference and application.
