摘要
目的探讨任务导向训练联合经皮穴位电刺激对脑出血术后偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2022年9月我院收治的88例脑出血术后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分对照组(n=44)及观察组(n=44)。对照组进行常规肢体功能康复训练,观察组进行任务导向训练联合经皮穴位电刺激。对比两组患者的肢体运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表评分、Berg平衡量表评分分别为(24.89±4.55)分、(44.26±4.82)分,均高于对照组的(20.15±5.12)分、(39.89±3.95)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Barthel指数评分、生活质量评分分别为(81.75±5.04)分、(82.15±5.15)分,均高于对照组的(72.92±6.19)分、(74.13±6.34)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论任务导向训练联合经皮穴位电刺激能促进脑出血术后偏瘫患者的肢体功能恢复,改善其平衡功能,提高日常生活能力及生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of task oriented training combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on limb function rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods 88 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group(n=44)and an observation group(n=44)according to random number table method.The control group received routine limb function rehabilitation training,and the observation group received task oriented training combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation.The limb motor function,balance function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment and Berg balance scale in the observation group were(24.89±4.55)points and(44.26±4.82)points,respectively,which were higher than(20.15±5.12)points and(39.89±3.95)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index score and quality of life score of the observation group were(81.75±5.04)points and(82.15±5.15)points,respectively,which were higher than(72.92±6.19)points and(74.13±6.34)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Task oriented training combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can promote limb function recovery,improve balance function,improve daily living ability and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage surgery,and it is worthy of clinical application.
