摘要
目的探讨经皮神经电刺激联合任务导向训练对颅脑损伤术后患者肢体功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2022年8月我院收治的84例颅脑损伤患者分为两组。对照组(44例)采用常规康复训练联合任务导向训练,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上采用经皮神经电刺激。比较两组的肢体功能[肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)]及日常生活活动能力[日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)]。结果干预6周后,两组FMA、ADL评分升高,且观察组FMA、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮神经电刺激联合任务导向训练可明显改善颅脑损伤术后患者的肢体运动功能,提高其日常生活活动能力。
Objective To explore the impact of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with task-oriented training on limb function and daily living activities in patients after craniocerebral injury surgery.Methods 84 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(44 cases)received routine rehabilitation training combined with task-oriented training,and the observation group(40 cases)received transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on the basis of the control group.The limb function[limb motor function rating scale(FMA)]and activities of daily living[activities of daily living scale(ADL)]were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 weeks of intervention,the FMA and ADL scores of the two groups increased,and the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with task-oriented training can significantly improve the limb motor function of patients after craniocerebral injury surgery,and improve the ability of daily living activities.
