摘要
数字化转型可以在优化各造纸企业的管理、生产组织架构的同时,提升传统造纸产业整体运行效率。为总结数字化转型背景下我国造纸产业经济发展路径,以数字化转型带动造纸产业发展的逻辑入手,梳理了造纸产业在数字化背景下进行转型升级的基本脉络,总结了数字化转型背景下造纸产业的发展困境,总结了造纸产业发展的宏观路径和部分具体措施,包括国家层面的政策引领、企业层面的数字化创新、技术层面的转型保障、消费层面的绿色升级等。
Digital transformation can improve the overall operation efficiency of the traditional paper industry while optimizing the management and production organization structure of each paper enterprise.In order to summarize the economic development path of China's paper industry under the background of digital transformation,starting with the logic of digital transformation driving the development of paper industry,the basic context of transformation and upgrading of paper industry under the background of digital transformation is sorted out,the development dilemma of paper industry under the background of digital transformation is summarized,and the macro path and some specific measures for the development of paper industry are summarized.It includes policy guidance at the national level,digital innovation at the enterprise level,transformation guarantee at the technical level,and green upgrading at the consumption level.
