摘要
在信息化时代背景下,大数据技术正以前所未有的速度渗透于社会发展的各个领域,教育领域亦不例外。随着大数据技术的不断发展,创新人才培养面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文旨在探讨大数据技术在教学资源建设中的应用,分析其对创新人才培养的重要意义,并提出一系列策略以推动教学资源数字化、数据平台构建、精准化学习路径设计等,进而探讨未来发展前景及所面临的挑战。通过构建完善的教学资源体系,本文力求为高校及区域教育机构在提升创新人才培养质量方面提供有价值的参考。
In the context of the information age,big data technology is permeating various fields of so-cial development at an unprecedented pace,and the field of education is no exception.With the continu-ous advancement of big data technology,cultivating innovative talents faces both unprecedented oppor-tunities and challenges.This paper aims to explore the application of big data technology in the con-struction of teaching resources,analyze its significance for cultivating innovative talents,and propose a series of strategies to promote the digitization of teaching resources,the construction of data plat-forms,and the design of precise learning paths.Furthermore,it discusses future development prospects and challenges.By establishing a comprehensive teaching resource system,this paper strives to provide valuable references for higher education institutions and regional educational organizations to enhance the quality of innovative talent cultivation.
