摘要
高职百万扩招后带来了生源多元、生源质量多样等多元特征,多元需求逐步显现,如何保障和提升教育教学质量是高职教育未来发展要考虑的关键问题。针对多元需求下存在的教学体制固化与多元体制需求、教学资源有限性与教学组织形式多元、教学内容统一性与多元学习诉求需求、教学管理规范性与主体意识多元等方面的矛盾,要从思想、资源、机制、文化方面着手构建以多元需求为导向的教学质量保障体系,树立"标准不降"教学质量观、顺势发展合作教学分点机构,做好资源保障、建立分类分层人才培养机制,匹配精细化管理体制、推进和谐校园文化及德育建设,融合多元思想,保障学习氛围。
The enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges has brought a series of diverse features and gradual emerge of diverse needs.How to guarantee and improve the teaching quality is the key to the future development of higher vocational education.In response to these contradictions between fixed teaching mechanic with the needs of multiple systems,the limited teaching resources with the diversity of teaching organization forms,the unified teaching content with the demands for multiple learning,and the standardization of teaching management with the diversity of subjective consciousness,we have to establish a teaching quality guarantee system oriented to multiple needs in terms of ideology resources,mechanism and culture,insist on the concept of"the original quality standards";develop cooperative teaching branch institutions along with the trend;establish a classified and hierarchical talent training mechanism,matching with the refined management system;promote the construction of harmonious campus culture and moral education,in the aiming to integrate multiple ideas,and ensure a learning atmosphere.
