露酒历史悠久,产品丰富多样,近年来销售收入持续高速增长,但行业发展伴随着诸多的问题与挑战。该文综述了露酒的定义和历史、产业发展现状、产业发展中存在的问题,并展望露酒未来发展的趋势,为露酒产业的研究提供参考和借鉴。
Lujiu has a long history and diversified products.In recent years,its sales revenue has continued to grow rapidly,but the development of the industry is accompanied by many problems and challenges.This paper reviews the definition and history of lujiu,the current status of industrial development,the existing problems in the industrial development,and looks forward to the future development trend of lujiu,so as to provide references for the research of lujiu industry.
