摘要
通过文献分析、实地调研等方式,以山西省非遗为例,探讨非遗融于高职院校人才培养的意义与价值,分析非遗在高职院校人才培养实践中存在的现实困境,并提出具体实践策略,旨在更好地传承与弘扬非物质文化遗产,推动实现非遗与高职院校人才培养的深度融合,在传承非遗文化过程中培养出全面发展的综合型人才。
As the essence of traditional Chinese culture,Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)carries the wisdom and emotional bonds of Chinese civilization.Higher vocational colleges,entrusted with the mission of cultivating diverse talents and inheriting technical skills,serve as crucial forces in preserving and transmitting ICH.Through literature analysis and field research,this study explores the significance of integrating ICH into talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,using Shanxi Province's ICH as a case study.It analyzes practical challenges encountered in current educational practices and proposes specific implementation strategies.The research aims to enhance the inheritance and promotion of ICH,achieve deep integration between ICH preservation and vocational talent development,and cultivate well-rounded professionals through cultural transmission.
