摘要
为帮助大学生解决就业过程中出现的各种心理问题,采用问卷调查法对衡水学院在校大学生的就业心理问题及现状进行调查。发现大学生普遍存在依赖、焦虑以及从众等就业心理问题。这些就业心理问题的产生有社会、学校、家庭和个人等各方面的原因。应从四个举措解决此问题:规范社会就业环境,创造就业创业条件;增强学校指导职能,促进高质量就业;加强家庭后盾作用,减轻学生的心理负担;调整个人择业心态,树立正确的就业观。
To help college students address various psychological issues encountered during the employment process,this study investigated the employment psychological issues and current status faced by college students at Hengshui University using a questionnaire method.It was found that employment psychological issues such as dependency,anxiety,and conformity concerning employment are prevalent among college students.These employment psychological problems are caused by social,school,family and individual.Four measures should be taken to address these issues:standardizing the social employment environment and creating conditions for employment and entrepreneurship;strengthening the guidance function of schools to promote high-quality employment;enhancing the supporting role of families to reduce the psychological burden on students;and adjusting individual career choice attitude to establish a correct employment outlook.
