摘要
高等教育的普及以及社会产业化、科技化对求职者的能力提出了新的要求。一些高校毕业生进入社会,面对严峻的就业压力,很容易出现紧张、焦虑、情绪低落甚至是抑郁、精神崩溃等心理问题,这些问题对其就业及未来发展造成了不良的影响。调查大学生就业心理问题,全面分析问题成因并提出相应的解决办法,有利于帮助大学生养成良好的就业心态,正确面对就业压力,提高就业能力和综合素质。
The popularization of higher education,and the industrial,scientific and technological development of the society have put forward new requirements for the abilities of job seekers.A large number of college graduates enter the society.Facing severe employment pressure,they are prone to nervousness,anxiety,depression,and even psychological problems such as depression and mental breakdown.These problems have a negative impact on their employment and future development.Investigating the current situation of college students’employment psychology,comprehensively analyzing the causes of problems and proposing corresponding solutions will help them cultivate a good employment mentality,face employment pressure correctly,and improve their employability and overall quality.
