医教协同育人模式下实习前护生自我效能感与焦虑情绪的研究 被引量:1

Study on Self-efficacy and Anxiety of Pre-internship Nursing Students under the Collaborative Education Model of Medical Education

摘要 目的:探讨医教协同育人模式对护生一般自我效能及心理健康的影响。方法:将409名护生分为实验组、对照组,实验组203名,对照组206名。实验组在医院采用医教协同育人模式教学,对照组在学校采用传统模式教学,分别于教学前后采用量表评价两组护生一般自我效能感及心理健康状况,并分析一般自我效能感及心理健康的相关性。结果:共发放问卷409份,回收有效问卷362份,结果显示:医教协同育人模式教学后,实验组护生一般自我效能量表得分高于入组时及对照组(p<0.05)、焦虑筛查量表得分低于入组时及对照组(p<0.05),对照组护生教学前后一般自我效能量表得分及焦虑筛查量表得分差异无统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:护生一般自我效能总体水平中等,医教协同育人教学模式可以提高护生一般自我效能水平、缓解护生焦虑情绪。 Objective:To explore the effect of medical education on general self-efficacy and mental health of nursing students.Methods:409 nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group,with 203 in experimental group and 206 in control group.The experimental group was taught in the hospital with the medical education collaborative education mode,while the control group was taught in the school with the traditional mode.Scales were used before and after teaching to evaluate the general self-efficacy and mental health status of the nursing students in the two groups,and the correlation between the general self-efficacy and mental health was analyzed.Results:A total of 409 questionnaires were sent out and 362 valid questionnaires were collected.The results showed that:After the teaching mode of medical education,the scores of general self-efficacy scale of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the group and control group(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety screening scale were lower than those in the group and control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the scores of general self-efficacy scale and anxiety screening scale of nursing students in the control group before and after teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion:The general level of general self-efficacy of nursing students is medium.The medical education cooperative teaching mode can improve the general self-efficacy level of nursing students and relieve their anxiety.
