摘要
目的 一体化管理是公立医院高质量发展新体系构建的重要内容之一。将协同理论思想引入妇幼保健机构一体化发展研究中,探索协同理论的适用性,并提出一体化发展战略,为妇幼保健机构管理人员和卫生主管部门提供参考。方法 以合肥市妇幼保健院为实证研究对象,基于协同理论从协同主体、协同理念、协同机制及协同方法4个方面分析妇幼保健机构一体化发展与协同理论融合的实践路径,并提出一体化发展战略。结果 运用协同理论,分别从全生命周期与三级预防、妇幼保健与临床、妇幼保健多学科、妇幼专科与综合学科、医教研产等一体化协同,妇幼与中医服务、妇幼健康产业链、单体多院区文化、党支部与学科建设等协同融合视角,提出妇幼保健机构一体化发展的战略。结论 妇幼保健机构一体化发展需遵循全生命周期和生育全过程服务理念,将协同理论思想引入到妇幼保健机构一体化发展,并进行战略思考,遵循协同学的规律,与协同理论具有天然的契合性,能为妇幼保健机构提供了新的思维模式和理论研究视角。
Objective Integrated management is one of the important contents in building a new system forthe high-quality development system of public hospitals.The article introduces the idea of synergy theory into the integrated development of maternal and child health institutions,explores the applicability of synergy theory,and proposes strategies for integrated development,providing reference for management personnel of maternal and child health institutions and health supervisory departments.Methods Takes the Hefei Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the empiricalresearch subject,based on the theory of synergy to analyze the practical pathways for integrating the devel opment of maternal and child health institutions with synergy theory from four perspectives:collaborative entities,collaborative concepts,collaborative mechanisms,and collaborative methods.Furthermore,it proposes strategies for integrated development.ResultsBy applying the theory of synergy,integration of the whole lifecycle and tertiary prevention,women and children's health and clinical medicine,multi-disciplinary women and children's health,women and children's specialty and comprehensive disciplines,integration of medical education and research,synergy between women and children's health and traditional Chinese medicine services,women and children's health industry chain,unit and multi-campus culture,pary branch and discipline construction,are proposed to present a strategic approach tothe integrated devel opment of women and children's health institutions.ConclusionThe integrated development of maternal and child health institutions needs to follow the concept of fullife cycle and comprehensive reproductive process services,introduce the theory of synergy into the integrated development of maternal and child health institutions,and conduct strategic thinking,follow the laws of synergy theory,and have a natural compatibility with the theory of synergy,which can provide a new way of thinking and theoretical research perspective for maternal and child health institutions.
