摘要
当前油田高质量发展已经步入数字化智能化转型升级的新阶段,某采油厂自2018年开展机采井数字化建设,数字化设备覆盖率达到100%,可实现电流、电压、耗电量、示功图等多种数据的采集。为提高数据准确性,对现场数据进行分析治理,通过整改后对比试验,油井数字化数据的准确性可以达到95%,能够满足生产需求,切实减少员工工作量。通过整合各项数字化资源,依托大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术,创新生产业务自动化控制和智能化管理,实现数智化采油厂业务一体化协同,解决了生产运行参数智能调控的问题,年节电量96.6×10^(4)kWh,创效益68.21万元,为油田数智化发展提供核心保障。
The current high-quality development of oil fields has entered a new stage of digital intelligent transformation and upgrading.Since 2018,the digital construction of mechanical production wells has been carrying out.The coverage of digital equipment has reached 100%,which can realize current,voltage and power consumption,indicator diagram and other data.To improve the purpose of data accuracy,the field da-ta has analyzed and governed.Through comparative tests after rectifications,the accuracy of digital data from oil wells can reach 95%,which meets production requirements and significantly reduces employee workload.By integrating various digital resources and leveraging big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence technologies,the automatic control and intelligent management of production business are innovated,and the business integration and coordination of digital intelligent oil production plant are realized,which solves the problem of intelligent control for production operation parameters.It is worth mentioning that the annual 4 electricity saving is 96.6×10^(4) kWh,and the benefit is 682100 yuan,which provides the core guarantee for the development of oilfield digital intelligence.
