摘要
近年来,欧盟内部和全球局势剧烈变化,这给德国的外交政策、经济发展及其在欧盟内的领导地位带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。英国脱欧威胁到了欧洲区域秩序的两条基本原则-J一一经济一体化和政治一体化。特朗普的“美国优先”政策则进一步削弱了跨大西洋的经济与安全合作。如果英美两国减少对欧洲安全的贡献,德国作为该地区最强大的经济体将不得不承担起更多安全防务的重担。1这些事件深刻影响了德国的外交定位和战略选择。
In recent years,Brexit and the dramatic changes in the world situation have had far-reaching implications for Germany's leadership in the EU and the direction of its foreign policy.At the same time,with the rising influence of the"New Europe"countries and the relative weakening of the German-French axis,Germany is facing multiple challenges and needs to find a delicate balance between promoting the EU's"strategic autonomy"and maintaining the transatlantic relationship.Germany is transforming itself from the traditional economic engine and policy regulator of the EU to a more proactive regional and global leader,and the effectiveness of its policy adjustments will directly determine the future direction of EU unity and development.During Trump's second term,under the increasing centrifugal trend of the EU towards the US,together with other EU member states,Germany will face major challenges,but it also has an opportunity to strengthen leadership within the EU.
